Returns Policy

We will accept returns within 14 days of purchase, within the following criteria;

Your item is not damaged in anyway

Your item is not a custom order(personalised)

If your item is personalised or custom and it is your responsibility the customised specifications are correct. If we accidentally sent you the wrong item and we are at fault, we will refund you or dispatch another immediately.

Trade & Pre-Arrangement

A late payment fee is issued, where a customer has received their items and has not paid the invoice with adequate time.

Failure to pay this invoice within the 28 days, will incur a further fee of £19.99. 

Failure to pay this invoice will lead to further legal action.
